Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on most orders over $99

Free Ground Shipping is offered within Canada and Continental USA on most orders over $99 (before tax). Shipping service will be selected at our sole discretion.

A small number of items are exempt from free shipping, including certain non-stocked special items, and certain dimensionally large or heavy items (such as solar panels and watermakers).

Note, destinations that require at least one air freight leg (including some areas of Northern Canada) are not eligible for free freight.

In all cases where free freight is available, paid freight options are also provided, allowing for selection of faster shipping options at a cost.

Return Policy

Items may be eligible for return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

A return/refund request must be made by replying to your initial order confirmation. Certain special order items may not be eligible for refund, or may incur a restocking fee.

Once a return has been confirmed by a member of our team, it must be shipped back to us at buyer’s expense.  Item(s) must be un-used, and returned in their original un-damaged packaging.  Refund will be issued only after a satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s).

Refund will be issued to the same credit card used to provide initial payment, in the same currency as the initial purchase.
