Uniflite 42 - "Current Affair V"

Ray and Sue were having problems with the navigation system on their 42-foot Uniflite Aft Cabin—the Garmin GPSMAP 4012 and GMR 24 radar on the chartplotter weren’t working as they should, which was worrisome when they were out on the water. They contacted Pacific Yacht Systems, who discovered that the software from Garmin required updating. In the end, PYS went to the boat and solved the problem from there.

Ray describes PYS’ service as clean, precise, and co-operative. “They did what we asked of them,” he states, “and they did a very, very good job.”

When asked if he would go back to PYS, Ray says, "Absolutely! In fact, they’ll be doing some more work for me before the year’s out."

Now he and Sue have confidence that their navigation system is accurate and reliable.
