Bayliner 3988 - Past Kerrfew

Dan met PYS at the Seattle Boat Show, and after discussing with them what needed to be done on his Bayliner 3988, Past Kerrfew, he knew he’d found the right people to do the job.

When PYS began the work, they noticed a number of fire hazards and recommended an integrated solution that would eliminate these while updating the electronics at the same time. PYS installed dual HDS 10 multifunction displays, Broadband radar, Raymarine X-30 autopilot with remote smartcontroller, and a Matrix VHF AIS radio. PYS identified and resolved various electrical issues, such as a pair of Scottie downriggers that weren’t fused; they also installed a new DC distribution panel so that all the appliances had their own breakers.

"The new electronics on my boat are so much more advanced than the old ones," states Dan. "I’m absolutely up to date on all latest technology out there."

Dan often cruises the central Coast, and the updates have added considerably to his feelings of safety when he’s out on the water. He says he’ll definitely use PYS again and highly recommends them to any boaters who need to improve their navigation systems. “PYS kept us informed and were exactly on estimate,” he adds. “On the second day of the job, you couldn’t even tell they were on the boat.”
