Icom M424 VHF Marine Transceiver

The Icom M424 VHF fixed-mount combines safety with an intuitive interface design. It has Class D DSC, making it a very important onboard safety equipment device. Users can navigate quickly through DSC settings such as distress, group, all ships, urgency and safety. A directional keypad, soft-key assignments and a full dot matrix display are some of the other features. Active noise cancelling technology and the AquaQuake technology that drains water from the speaker grill are unique features. Safety functionality is increased through a built-in DSC watch that monitors Channel 70 activity continuously and compatibility with Icom’s MA500TR Class B AIS Transponder.
