Garmin Panoptix PS30 Down and PS31 Forward Sonar

The new Garmin Panoptix sonar line gives boaters the ability to see below and around their boats in real time, like never before. Using a combination of LiveVü Forward, RealVü 3D, LiveVü Down, RealVü 3D Historical and RealVü 3D Down technologies, the sonar allows viewing down, forwards, backwards, and sideways even while stationary. The Panoptix PS30 and PS31 use a phased-array scanning sonar technology in the multi-beam transducer. For further accuracy, these transducers actively adjust the sonar beams to compensate for boat motion by using an internal Attitude Heading Reference System (AHRS).
