DIY Pitfalls

Pacific Yacht Systems Inc. specializes in marine electrical.  Over the years our Technicians have been on a lot of boats and they have seen a lot of DIY projects gone terribly wrong.  We have collected photos of some of the most common errors people make when installing their own electrical and put them together in this presentation. Jeff Cote will walk you through some of the typical and not so typical installations then explain why they are so dangerous and how to avoid the same mistakes on your boat.  As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
