November 1 -  On-line registration opens for Women’s Day at the 2018 Vancouver Boat Show.  Join us on Sunday, January 21, 2018 for a full day of boating seminars and guest speakers designed to educate and inspire.  Tickets are limited and will sell out fast, add November 1st to your calendar.

November 2 – Yaletown Brewing Co’s Martini Madness - Three guest bartenders will slamdown with their martini creations, the winner to be determined by your vote. There will also be a live DJ on site and a 50/50 cash prize. All proceeds to benefit Kids Help Phone. Drink Tickets are $10 at the door CASH ONLY, which includes 3 martinis (yes, you read that right!)  

November 16 – 18 – Clayoquot Oyster Festival – The format for the 21st annual event has changed a bit this year, the anchor events will be held at  some of Tofino’s best restaurants. Events include the Beautiful Mask and Oysters, Best Oyster Dish competition, Chef-Farmer Shuck N’ Slurp Relay, Tofino Costume Party and the 1909 Champagne and Pearls dinner.

November 21 – 22 – Boating BC Conference - Each November the recreational boating industry in British Columbia steps away from their busy lives to attend the annual Boating BC Conference. It’s an inspiring two days where people come to learn, connect and share ideas.

September 29 to October 8 – The Cowichan Valley is known for warm weather, natural beauty, and friendly people.  “Savour Cowichan” celebrates all of that.  For 10 days, artisanal food and beverage producers host more than 40 events throughout the Valley, including the Barge On In event hosted on a floating barge in Mill Bay.

October 6 – 8 – Embrace your inner crab at the 16th Annual CrabFest in Port Angeles, Washington.  The event celebrates the world-famous Dungeness Crab, named after the nearby village of Dungeness, and the bounty of the sea.  Featuring 14 restaurants, cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs, Chowder Cook-Off, the Grab-A-Crab Derby, local wine and beer, craft and merchant vendors, live music,and many more events. Rain or shine, this is the “party” of the season and, admission, as always, is FREE!

October 7 – 9 – Gabriola Thanksgiving Studio Tour – The 21st annual tour with 84 artists, 65 studios and 16 new artists.

October 20 – 22 – Artists love the beauty and endless inspiration BC’s Sunshine Coast provides.  The Sunshine Coast Art Crawl is an ideal way to discover a wide range of artisan treasures, as you visit galleries, home studios, artisans’ shops and even an art farm.
